M. Bison - Streetfighter 2

M. Bison from Streetfighter 2. This is another picture that just started off as a doodle on a training day at work (I was seriously bored). I couldn't quite remember how he looked properly, so after I'd scanned the picture in, I ended up having to make some major changes to the line art. I think it's turned out alright though.
